Each one, as a good manager of God’s different gifts, must use for the good of others the special gift he has received from God. Those who preach must preach God’s messages; those who serve must serve with the strength that God gives them, so that in all things praise may be given to God through Jesus Christ, to whom belong glory and power forever and ever. God has blessed and equipped each one of us with different gifts. We can use these gifts to take care of things such as our financial needs, but they are not just to be used on ourselves. God’s gifts in each of us are to be used to help others. When we use our gifts for the benefit of others it brings glory to God and demonstrates His kingdom on earth. The gifts we use don’t belong to us, they belong to God but He gives them to us to use for His glory. They are ours to manage.

God, thank you for the gifts you have blessed and equipped me with. I want to use them to bring you glory. Show me who I can help today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
