When we accept Jesus into our lives, He empowers us to face the world. This empowerment gives us the strength and standing to not only counter hardships in the physical world, but to fight in the spiritual world as well. Our struggle is ultimately not against flesh and blood, the physical world around us, but against the powers of evil. When we accept Christ, we have the power to fight these forces on the inside of us and can grow and act greater and more boldly than we could on our own!
Pray: Lord, help me to never forget that I have the power to face the troubles and uncertainties in my life. Let me find strength and inspiration in you to boldly go forward in my life. Let your Spirit guide me and allow me to be a force for good and an example to others in the world. Amen.
