God has a better view of your life. Christians should live by their convictions; which is the opposite of the world that lives for their convenience.
There is great pressure to conform to the world and culture—especially for young people. Friends have opinions about our clothes, our friends, who we date, etc.
But for believers, we need to realize that we don’t belong to the world. We are free, not trapped by others approval. We are approved by God.
God is our standard and we are set free from the expectations of people.
PRAY: Dear God – Thank you that we don’t belong to the world. Thank you for the freedom to live differently under Your standards. Help us to break from the influence of the world and to live under Your love and acceptance. Change us inside and out so that we realize that You are all we need. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
