God Knows You

God Knows You

From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us.  Acts 17:26-27 (NIV)

The Bible tells us that from one man (Adam) God created all of the nations.  It then goes on to tell us that He (God) marked out their appointed times in history.  God intentionally meant for you to be born when you were born.  He intentionally meant for you to be born into the family where you were born.  God knows you in such detail that the Bible informs us that He knows the number of hairs on your head.  God knows you better than you know yourself.  This is encouraging to know because as you pray, you are praying to a God that knows you and wants to have a relationship with you.

Action: Take a few minutes and think about the fact that God knows you in detail.  Next, think about the benefits to having this type of relationship with God.
