“What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.” The father instantly cried out, “I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief!” Mark 9:23-24 (NLT)
At times, God will ask us to take a huge step of faith. He will ask us to do something that seems much bigger than we have ever done before. During these times when we are following God’s direction, doubt can creep in. We need to ask God for help in getting us through. We can pray the simple prayer: I do believe, help me overcome my unbelief.
