Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is. Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Life can get busy. We have many responsibilities such as taking care of our families and homes. We spend time at our job. We spend time in school. All of these things can keep us distracted, but God encourages us to celebrate. We should have a song in our heart. We should constantly thank God for everything in our life. Make time to celebrate.
Prayer:
God, thank you for the blessings in my life. Help me to remember to make time to celebrate. I choose to always give thanks. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
