It has been said that “the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” The only way to make a difference against evil is to take action. One spiritual action we should take is to pray since we are battling a spiritual enemy. Other actions we take as we go about our daily lives can bring God’s kingdom to earth. We should be the hands and feet of God in the earth. We should take action to stop evil by doing good. Our good deeds will help us overcome evil.
Prayer:
God, I want to be an instrument for good to help overcome evil. Show me the actions I need to take today to make a difference in the world around me. Give me the boldness to take the actions you want me to take. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
