“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.” Matthew 18:19 (NIV)
An ox can pull seven times its own weight. But two oxen pulling yoked together and in sync can pull seventeen times their combined weight. By working together, they can accomplish more than double what they could accomplish working alone.
Our prayers work the same way. There is power when we pray in agreement with others. When we agree in prayer on things that line up with what God wants, things start to happen. We can pray with family and friends. Spouses can pray together. We can pray in unison as a church family.
Take Action: Find someone and partner in prayer with them. Keep a journal of the prayers you pray together and see what God does through your partnership.
