When we accept Christ as our Lord, we are inviting Him to live in our hearts. He becomes a greater part of us and directs us on our journey of life. By seeing ourselves from God’s perspective, we can fully trust in the goodness and plans of God for us. By trusting Him fully, we are able to go where we may never have imagined. There is no substitute for action, for partnering with God and saying “Yes!” to Him. We live in the world and have the Spirit of God within us, and our unique selves are the way to show that God is in the world. Our individual selves are a one-of-a-kind, for-all-of-time expression of God and we can reach out to people in ways that are unique to us and our abilities. Christ in us is the way to show hope to the world!
