“Everyone who acknowledges me publicly here on earth, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. But everyone who denies me here on earth, I will also deny before my Father in heaven.” Matthew 10:32-33 (NLT)
While we have a personal relationship with God, we are not supposed to keep it to ourselves. Jesus reminds us we are the salt of the earth and the light of the world (Matthew 5:13). We were created to show the love of God to the world around us. We are to be a reflection of God in the earth. It is time for you to acknowledge Jesus to the world.
Prayer: God, thank you that you love me. I choose to let the world know that I am your child. Show me someone to share your love with today and give me the boldness to declare that I am your child. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
