“ And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.” Philippians 1:6 (NLT)
God won’t stop until His work in us is finished. God is using our tough relationships to make us into His finished people.
I’m guessing that off the top of your head you could list some people close to you that you wish were a little more distant. Don’t feel bad, we all can make a list. God didn’t make them distant. God put them right where they are in your life for a reason. God is doing amazing work (in you) through these relationships.
Relationships mold us into who God wants us to be. So who do you want to dodge? God wants to do something great in your character through just that person!
Pray: God, You know who I struggle with. Would You help me to recognize how You’re working in my life through these difficult relationships? Would You make me more like You as I embrace Your purpose for me through these people in my life please? Thank you God for who I am becoming through difficult relationships.
