When your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you’ll be strong in character and ready for anything! James 1:3-4 (NLT)
We all get tested. Some of the tests seem small and easy, while others seem large and overwhelming. Oftentimes we don’t realize this testing helps us grow in God. This testing builds our character. It helps us to know that we can’t make it on our own. We need to rely on God to help get us through.
There are times when the results don’t happen the way we want them to, but God still has a bigger plan. God works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Even though the test may be hard, He has equipped us to pass it (1 Corinthians 10:13). He is equipping us to be ready for anything!
