When we were unable to help ourselves, at the moment of our need, Christ died for us, although we were living against God. Romans 5:6 (NCV)
Isn’t it refreshing to know that God made provisions for us before we even knew that we needed help? The verse above tells us that we were unable to help ourselves. There are some problems (such as our sin problem) that only God can fix. God had a remedy for our sin problem before we knew we needed a remedy. This verse clearly illustrates that God loves us, He sent His Son (Jesus) to die for us, and He wants us to be with Him. Will you take the help that God is providing?
