God Knows You

God Knows You

You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered! I can’t even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up, you are still with me! Psalm 139:13-18 (NLT)

God knows you. He made you! He knew who you were going to be before your mom, dad or anyone else knew you. He took time to shape every part of you and knew the person you would become today. And He loves you just as you are!

Sometimes it can be difficult to see how unique and special we were created. We can so easily pick out our flaws, compare ourselves to others and feel anything BUT special. The truth is that God chose to create us and made each of us completely different and unique. There is no one else like you in the entire world. God not only knows you, but He loves the completely unique person you are!
