People today are busy, independent, and distracted. Sometimes we don’t have time, don’t make God a priority, and certainly don’t read the Bible. Some people really don’t know God, but still think that religion is the answer to life. So people invent their own god, their own way to worship and please god. This practice of religion only causes confusion and a moral shift.
We need to shift our way of thinking. Christians believe the Bible. We read it to know the true God and how God wants to be worshiped. God gives us His path in His Word (the Bible). We don’t have to invent it, we just have to follow it.
