We were created in the likeness and image of God (Genesis 1:27). God is the creator of the universe. We are part of His creation. God is the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End (Revelation 22:13). We are just a piece of the story in between. We have no reason to be afraid of other people because they are just mere humans who can wither away.
Prayer:
God, thank you for being the beginning and the end. Thank you for letting me be a part of your story. Help me to remember not to be afraid of the other mere humans that are around me and to allow you to comfort me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
