The next day Jesus decided to go to Galilee. He found Philip and said to him, “Follow me.” John 1:43 (ESV)
Jesus spent the early part of His ministry inviting people to follow Him. Jesus wanted to spend time with them so they could know Him. These disciples would learn His ways and methods. They would learn how much He loved people and how to demonstrate that love to those around them.
Jesus is still making the same invitation. He says to us: “Follow me”. He wants us to spend time with Him, getting to know Him and learn His ways. He wants us to learn how to love those around us. He wants us to invite others to follow Him. Click here if you want to respond to the invitation.
