Each of us walk through struggles in life. We face situations that can test us. Situations such as a bad report from the doctor or the loss of a job. We may hear bad news that we are unsure that we will make it through to the other side of the situation. The Bible reminds us that we don’t need to be afraid of anything that comes our way because God is with us. No matter what situation we face, he will never leave us or forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6). We can rest in God’s promise that no matter what happens we are not alone.
Prayer:
God, thank you for the reminder that I am not alone. You are with me as we walk through any situation. I do not have to be afraid because you are always with me. Remind me today that you are on my side. In Jesus name. Amen.
