Everywhere we go we set an example. We can choose to demonstrate a godly life of serving others or focusing on ourselves. We can show that in all we do we want to please God, others or ourselves. We can choose to reflect God’s work ethic in the world or not. We can work hard to take care of ourselves only or assist those in need around us. People are watching even if you are not aware of it. Be mindful of this fact and strive to reflect Christ to the world.
Prayer: God, thank you for the reminder that I am setting an example in the world around me. Help me to be a reflection of you. Show me where I can make changes to become more like you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
